Which organizations can propose a program?

Schools, local governments, welfare organizations, and any organization that needs on-site oral screening. We start by reviewing your current environment and goals.

How does a program get started?

We first confirm the target group, location, schedule, on-site staffing, and how results will be delivered. Then we agree on a format and scope that fit the goal, such as a partnership agreement, a proof of concept, or a field pilot.

Does the AI make the final diagnosis?

No. AI analysis is reference information used while reviewing the photos. The final judgment and any treatment decision are made by a dentist.

How are screening results delivered?

Who receives the results, through which channels, and where inquiries go is agreed after we review the program environment and required procedures.

Do we need anything beyond a smartphone?

Equipment, capture space, network, and staffing needs vary with site conditions. We go through the checklist together during program planning.

How are oral photos and screening data handled?

Because the data may contain health information, the data controller, legal basis, items collected and used, access rights, retention and disposal, security measures and ICLO's role must be set out in the contract for each program. Participant notices and any required consent process are also confirmed with the organization.
